About this clinic
The Matlock Road clinic offers state-of-the-art equipment including the ATBM Fotofinder for whole body mole mapping, the Tricholab studio for investigation and monitoring of hair loss, as well as dedicated treatments for skin and hair disorders — Tricopat, Platelet Rich Plasma, Microneedling and Minor Surgery. The clinic is located next to the pharmacy and dental practice.
How to find us
From the north, or East/West A27
From A27 junction Devils Dyke interchange, head south on Dyke Road Avenue. After 1.3 miles turn left onto Matlock Road. The clinic is located on the right hand side, next to the pharmacy and dental practice.
From the seafront, travelling West (Kemp Town, Rottingdean, Peacehaven etc)
Head west on Marine Parade/A259. At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Old Steine, A23 for 0.7 miles. Turn left onto St Peters Place and continue on A23 for 0.6 miles. Turn left on Dyke Road Drive for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto Highcroft Villas for 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Dyke Road and then turn right onto Matlock Road. The clinic is located on the right hand side, next to the pharmacy and dental practice.
From the seafront, travelling East (West Hove, Shoreham, Portslade etc)
From Kingsway A259, head East until Grand Avenue. Turn left on Grand Avenue B2185 for 1.1 miles. Turn right onto Hove Park Road for 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Dyke Road and then turn right onto Matlock Road. The clinic is located on the right hand side, next to the pharmacy and dental practice.
Getting here by train or bus
By train: From Preston Park train station — take the station road exit and turn left, walking up Hampstead Road. Walk up the steps on the right hand side, cross over Tivoli Crescent and continue up Tivoli Place. Turn left onto Matlock Road and the clinic is located just beyond the pharmacy. Hove station is located 1.6 miles from the clinic — a 6 minute taxi ride (taxi rank outside the station) or a 22 minute walk. Brighton station is located 1.4 miles from the clinic — a 7 minute taxi ride (taxi rank to the rear of the station) or a 30 minute walk. By bus: The No. 27, 55 and 77 Brighton & Hove buses all travel along Dyke Road. Nearest bus stop: The Droveway.
Parking
Street parking is available locally and operates via the PayByPhone App. We recommend downloading the app in advance to save time during your visit. The location code required for Matlock Road is 88534. Pay & Display Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 8pm Rates: 1 hour: £1.80 2 hours: £3.50 There is also some free parking available on the surrounding roads. Please note that certain roads require parking permits between 09:00–10:00am and 1:00–2:00pm but are unrestricted outside of these times. However, please always check the signs on street — they will give you the information you need when you're parking.
